I feel sick to my stomach Oppo.

So, just recently I needed to get soda for myself since we were out at my house, so as I pull into the driveway of my house I realize I don’t have my wallet. So I panic and I start to get really nervous that I left it at the parking lot of the CVS I got my soda at. So I back out to go to CVS to look for it, then I hear a thud so I put my car forward, and then I see it. I dented the rear passenger door of my neighbor’s orange Mercedes 240D. The kicker? My Wallet had fallen in the crack of my driver's side door, so this all didn't need to happen but it did. So, after months of anal retentive driving, I've caused an accident thanks to my own stupidity and I feel sick about myself. Thankfully my neighbor is nice so I'll send them the insurance info and call the company and get it straightened out, but I just hate myself at this moment.

Fuck man, I have days where I just can’t get my shit together too.

But don’t worry, I can’t even remember those days, what’s a harmless accident and a few bucks? (as long as your neighbours aren’t assholes)

Don’t sweat it. It happens to the best of us.

Shit happens. Remember to breathe and reflect to avoid this type of incident in the future.

Have you talked to your neighbour to see if you can handle this without insurance? It might cost you less in the long run.

You can’t get through life without having at least one genuine automotive fuck-up. I’m willing to bet every single person on this blog (myself included) has had something like that happen

I was doing computer repair at a client’s once and backed into the rear-right corner of their Jeep Grand Cherokee.....it had NO damage WHATSOEVER but a finger-nail sized scuff on the rear-left trim strip. My Impreza wagon, however, ended up with a fist-sized dent just in front o the back-left tail-light...

I put my Saab 900 into a gaurdrail at this curvy intersection thing in my town.

I was distracted by a sign on someone’s lawn that said “INTERSECTION UNSAFE- FIX IT, WALL TOWNSHIP”

True. I put my GTI into a fence being a dumbass on R-compounds in the rain.

I got into the back of a truck by driving like a complete prick last summer. Lesson learned.

I just had shitty tires and was being a dumbass in the snow, came around a curve, it stepped out, I tried to correct, forgot I had put it in 2WD, and bam, ditch separating the road from a bluff.
